What sets my work apart is how I integrate mind and body. I combine a deep understanding of kinesiology, nutrition, and movement science with subconscious and psychological coaching tools that address the patterns holding people back. Every custom workout program and personalized nutrition plan I design is built to support the whole person, not just the physical goal on paper.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Olympic athletes, Military Special Operations professionals, and CEOs of multimillion-dollar companies. Despite their different paths, they all faced the same challenge: high achievement paired with pressure, plateaus, and disconnection from their bodies. Embodied Joy Wellness exists to support people in those moments, when effort alone stops working and a balanced wellness strategy becomes essential.
My work extends beyond training sessions. I’m a published author and speaker, and I’m deeply committed to helping high-performing individuals reconnect with their internal drive while learning how to care for their bodies in a sustainable way. My coaching style is intuitive, structured, and grounded. There is no punishment mentality here. No intimidation. Just clear guidance that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence.
Embodied Joy Wellness is for people who want more than short-term results. It’s for those who are ready to build sustainable fitness, stronger habits, and a healthier relationship with their bodies. Through personalized workout plans, ongoing coaching, and intentional accountability, I help clients create momentum that actually lasts.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me hiking in the Colorado Rockies, paddle boarding on some beautiful lake or another, or planning the next adventure with my daughter. That same sense of balance, presence, and embodiment is woven into everything I do inside Embodied Joy Wellness.
This work isn’t about becoming someone else.
It’s about coming home to your strength, your energy, and your ability to live fully in your body.
